Our mission is to provide food and essential non-food items, temporary financial assistance, resource counseling and educational assistance to those in need residing in Pickens County, Georgia. Anyone who is placed in a difficult situation due to illness, accident or any misfortune that causes them to be in a temporary or emergency need of food is welcome to be a recipient. It is our devout hope that those who receive these goods and services will be strengthened in body and spirit.

What Can I Do? 

• Pray - We humbly come before you with prayers for families who are facing profound challenges. We ask for your divine intervention and support for those who are struggling with food insecurity, financial hardships, and the need for counseling and guidance.

  Please, grant them the strength to endure these difficult times and the resilience to overcome these obstacles. Provide nourishment for their bodies, resources for their financial stability, and avenues for counseling and emotional healing. Surround them with compassionate individuals and resources that can offer support and guidance during their darkest moments.

  May their burdens be lifted, their spirits renewed, and their paths illuminated with hope and opportunities. Help us, as a community, to extend our hands in support and kindness to those in need, spreading love and compassion to uplift those facing such challenges.
